Nirvana Estates at Cathedral Canyon is a new single family community in California’s Cathedral City—located just outside the city of Palm Springs. Abutting the foothills of one of the desert’s stunning mountains, a pivotal focus of site design was optimizing the scenic mountain and hill-side backdrop, to shield the community from noise, and connect to public bike and walking trails.

Blue Fern led the entitlement of 101 single family lots. Of the 101 lots, 79 allow for the option to build detached ADU units. The project also plans for a clubhouse, community pool, pickleball court, basketball court, and multiple dog parks.

With lot sizes starting at 2,537 square feet, the proposed homes range from 2,250 square feet to 2,440 square feet in size. The homes were designed with popular contemporary influence.
