Creekside Commons is a 10.18 acre, 94-unit townhome community located in Federal Way, Washington.

Blue Fern Development proposed and executed a re-zone of the property with the City of Federal Way. This land use action updated the zoning designation from RM 3600 to RM 2400 which increased the density from six to nine units per acre creating a community more aligned with the housing demands of the jurisdiction. Townhomes in this community vary with a mix of both alley-loaded and front-loaded product, ranging in size from 1,800 square feet to 2,000 square feet.
