Bullfrog Flats is a mixed-use, phased development project located in the western portion of Cle Elum, Washington between Bullfrog Road and SR 903.

Through dedicated planning, Bullfrog Flats will bring a variety of different uses in direct alignment with the original goals of the approved Master Site Plan and Development Agreement accepted by Cle Elum’s City Council in 2002. Proposed residential uses will be developed across several phases and include 810 single family units, 374 townhome units, 150 apartment units, and 50 affordable housing units. 75 acres have been designated as a light industrial business park with commercial application promoting opportunity for job growth and economic development.
