Grand Mill Townhomes will be situated on a prime location in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho— A short walk from the Spokane River, and minutes from Downtown Coeur D’Alene. The homes will vary in floor plans, all hosting 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths as well as two-car garages. These homes will range from 1900 to 2100 square feet of heated space.

Maintaining the craftsman-style Northwest architecture that is prominent in the surrounding neighborhoods was a cornerstone of this project’s design efforts. The Blue Fern Team worked closely with the Mill River POA to gain a deep understanding of what product type, material specs, and outdoor amenities would add the most value to the community while promoting a cohesive environment.
