Grand Mill Townhomes will be situated on a prime location in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho— A short walk from the Spokane River, and minutes from Downtown Coeur D’Alene. Construction is anticipated to begin in spring of 2024, and homes are anticipated to become available for presale in late summer of 2024. The project will deliver 59 units through 14 different buildings, which will be built over 5 phases. The homes will vary in floor plans, all hosting 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths as well as two-car garages. These homes will range from 1900 to 2100 square feet of heated space.

Maintaining the craftsman-style Northwest architecture that is prominent in the surrounding neighborhoods was a cornerstone of this project’s design efforts. The Blue Fern Team worked closely with the Mill River POA to gain a deep understanding of what product type, material specs, and outdoor amenities would  would add the most value to the community and promote a cohesive environment.
