Max’s Areas of Focus

• Evaluate and execute project financing options through collaboration with Blue Fern Development’s investors and lending partners.
• Oversee cash flow management, financial planning, budgeting, accounting and forecasting processes.
• Work closely with executive management team to set financial objectives, analyze market trends and identify company growth opportunities.
• Work directly with our legal counsel and insurance advisors to identify risk and mitigate related exposures.
• Assist the acquisitions team during the due diligence process with assessing the financial viability of prospective projects and provide input on potential deal structures.
