Anna’s Areas of Focus

• Entitles various types of projects through current land use and engineering phases including preliminary plats, planned unit developments, condo plats and cottage housing ranging in scale from 50 to 1000+ units
• Scopes long-range planning opportunities including multi-year phased developments, Comprehensive Plan amendments, UGA expansions, rezonings and city-wide infrastructure improvements
• Directs due diligence periods for projects through high level budgeting and scheduling, environmental feasibility studies, land use and utility research and HOA documentation
• Researches zoning codes of numerous jurisdictions to assist with the creation of yield studies and find creative development opportunities
• Serves as a liaison between Blue Fern Development, property sellers, governing bodies, and consultants
